How many suites are in Garden Pod?
We have a total of 4 suites/duplexes/pods in Garden Pod. Do you know that we are the smallest licensed hotel in Singapore?
How many people can sleep in a Garden Pod suite?
Each suite comes with a king-size bed and a queen-size wall bed. So it sleeps up to 4 pax. But we are able to cater to 1 more bed (extra charges apply).
Can we throw a party of up to 20 pax in a Garden Pod suite?
No. Each suite can take up to a max of 8 pax only. This is because we wish to maintain tranquillity within the gardens. If you wish to have a private function and would like to invite more people (e.g. wedding), please book all 4 suites and we will allow more people within the hotel (within reason).
Do you have other locations?
Yes, we are also located at JTC Launchpad in one-north and at Haw Par Villa.
Is Garden Pod pet friendly?
A. No. Only container #2 in Haw Par Villa is pet friendly
Is smoking allowed?
Smoking is strictly prohibited in Garden Pod or Gardens by the Bay. Smoking inside Garden Pod rooms will set off the fire alarm which will alert SCDF.
Can we have a BBQ at Garden Pod?
Yes. You can only use the BBQ grill that we supply (free). Please make a request for the grill in advance.
Do you have a physical front desk?
No. We only have a digital front desk/concierge.
We will require you to furnish your contact information at the point of booking enquiry and confirmation so that we will be able to liaise with you to meet for check-in.
Are buggy rides available?
Yes, but only if you book the Gardens by the Bay tour package in advance. The package includes buggy rides, breakfast at Starbucks, tours, etc.
Do you provide toiletries?
As part of our environmental sustainability efforts, we provide towels, shampoo, and body foam but not toothbrushes and toothpaste
