You can check in anytime from 3pm onwards. Check out will be at 11am.
Our hotel does not have a physical check in counter. We will have to meet you personally at the container to check you in. Our contact details are listed in our email to you (which you will receive upon booking the container).
Our hotels are currently running full. As a result, we seek your understanding to check out at 12 noon so that our staff can clean/turn over the container for the next guest. Cleaning takes 2-3 hours and thus we seek your understanding to check in at 3pm onwards.
We do not need to be present when you check out. Just remove the smart card from the wall slot, place it on the dining table and close the sliding doors when you leave.
There are 2 x Queen size beds in the container. So technically, it sleeps 4 people. However, we can provide you with an extra foldable mattress (chargeable) for 1 more person (max 5 pax per container).
Based on current Safe Management Measures, a maximum of 5 pax (including hotel guest) are allowed in the container.
Due to fire safety regulations, open fire is not allowed anywhere near the Container. However, we will provide you with an electric grill with extension cord, a pair of tongs, etc at $20 for you to BBQ on the wooden platform outside the container. Please let us know if you’d like to rent the grill set. You may pay in cash or via PayNow upon check in.
